Dear Hillvue Joeys, Cubs, Scouts, Venturers, Leaders and families,
We warmly invite you to join us for a campfire evening to celebrate a wonderful term of Scouting and recognise some of the fantastic achievements of our youth members.
Please join us at Tamworth Hillvue Scout Hall on Wednesday 1 July, from 5:30pm to 7:00pm.
As part of the evening, those attending will help prepare and cook a campfire snack. A big thank you to one of our parent committee members for organising this activity, and to the committee for kindly agreeing to fund it. This activity also supports one of the learning goals in the OAS Stage 1 Campcraft badge.
Please RSVP by 9pm, June 28 so we can plan catering and activities appropriately.
Youth members should wear full Scout uniform and come prepared for cold weather.
We would also greatly appreciate it if families are able to bring along any twigs, kindling or small wood logs to help with the fire.
